Shangri-La Changchun

The breakfast is real good! A lot good meals and fruits. We are traveling with kids and grandmother. By the way, family vacation is not easy by the food lovers and make right choice for everyone, but this breakfast is full of passion! Special THANKS FOR DRY SAUNA 96* and WATERPOOL! This is why we are planing to to this hotel next time. Sauna and waterpool - The best in Dongbei hotels.

Stayed for two weeks. Great food, clean facility , friendly staff. The cleaning lady 郭阿姨 was very nice and helpful.

The overall stay was excellent. The hotel was not crowded and it wasn't a peak time so we got to enjoy the stay. The cafe lounge did have tasty apple pies. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff at the pool especially a lovely man who helped us by giving swimming accessories and his politeness was something we need to mention. I am so sorry I don't have his name but we were there today around 10:30 am and he helped us again. We appreciate the housekeeping, they are doing such a wonderful job.

Ms. Lindy Liu from the front office was very friendly and helpful towards her guests . It was a nice experience receiving service from her .

We came here to unwind after a snowboard trip nearby. The staff were helpful, spoke great English and the facilities were great. As with all these places bring some swimming clothes and a hat to save some money as they are pretty pricey if you have to buy there (and not available locally). Good service, room service was nice had some English channels on the TV.
